Kwik Fit wins top Northern Ireland fleet award

The team at Kwik Fit HQ has been celebrating having been named the best for customer service at the inaugural Northern Ireland Fleet Industry Awards.
Having already won a number of fleet industry awards in Britain. This award cements our position as not only one of Northern Ireland’s favourite fast-fit companies but also as a one-stop motoring shop offering businesses in the province vehicle servicing and MoT preparation across their company car and van fleets.
Kwik Fit won the Customer Service Award at the Awards hosted by Northern Ireland’s Business Eye magazine and, despite winning more than 70 fleet industry and customer awards in its 27-year history of servicing the corporate sector, it is the first time that Kwik Fit’s reputation for excellence has been recognised specifically in Northern Ireland.
The Awards, which followed a discussion forum about the key issues facing the fleet vehicle marketplace in Northern Ireland and a motor show, were attended by 350 people and held at the Clandeboye Lodge Hotel, Bangor.
The fleet industry awards were judged by an independent panel drawn from the business and motor trade community in Northern Ireland.
We were over the moon to be awarded the Customer Service Award with the judges commending us for our “comprehensive range of customer care initiatives aimed specifically at the fleet industry”.
As well as having introduced a bespoke pricing strategy in Northern Ireland, we’ve also carried out a full refurbishment to the centres at Upper Newtownards Road and Ormeau Road, Belfast. These flagship centres deliver a customer experience and quality consistent with a volume franchise dealership and form part of our ongoing multi-million pound refurbishment programme.
In addition to our centres, Kwik Fit also provides a mobile tyre fitting service throughout Northern Ireland with work carried out at the customer’s location of choice - usually at home or in the workplace car park, all part of our “we’ll come to you” focus. We’re confident that being named the best for customer service in the province will further drive our ambitions to expand our fleet business in Northern Ireland.
